Earrings & accessories

E & co. provides handcrafted/handmade jewelry and accessories. The nature of these products means that no two items are exactly alike. We ask that you please understand that slight variations may occur and the items you receive may look slightly different than the photo on the listing (hopefully even better).

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

What’s the best way to care for my pieces?

Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight that you will literally forget you are wearing earrings most of the time! It is very durable and will not break if dropped, but please still be gentle with them. All the posts, backs and metals are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive ears.

DO NOT get your pieces wet. Makeup and dirt can be removed from your pieces by carefully using a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol or baby wipe. Any of the metals may tarnish or darken, but can also be easily cleaned with a jewelry cloth or using Brasso Metal Polish.

What are your shipping policies?

Please allow 3-5 business days for E & co. to process and ship your order. Currently, we offer USPS First Class shipping for US customers only.

 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we are not obligated to replace or refund them. Once the package has been shipped, they are out of our control. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the mail carrier to resolve the issue.

What’s your refund or return policy?

E & co. has a 7-day return policy on items that arrived broken or damaged only. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

By purchasing from E & co., you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Pre-ordered items

Pre-order items are considered to be made-to-order and may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not the correct item and we will do our best to make it right.

How do you process a return?

All return requests are subject to approval. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it may also take your bank or credit card some time to process the refund as well.

Sale items

All sale items are final and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Custom orders

We are open to custom order requests. Once the order has been mutually agreed to, the customer is responsible for payment in advance to the order being drafted and processed. Custom orders may take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to complete and will ship after that timeframe.
